Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours. We do not charge fees for deposits, though your financial institution may apply their own transaction fees.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and funds confiscation.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50,000,000. Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 100,000,000 (higher limits available for VIP members). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-6 hours for verified Accounts.
Before processing a withdrawal, we may require you to complete KYC verification and provide proof of deposit source. Withdrawals may be delayed if we suspect money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Any bonus funds in your Account balance at the time of withdrawal request must meet their wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Incomplete wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
ular4d may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional offer.
Bonus funds are separate from your cash balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered (typically ranging from 10x to 40x depending on the promotion).
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%-50%) or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
Unless otherwise stated, you may only have one active bonus at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked. Bonuses are for personal entertainment only and are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

All bets placed on the ular4d platform are final and cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet details before confirmation.
In the event of technical errors, system malfunctions, or obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If a game is abandoned or interrupted due to technical failure, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the game or refund stakes as appropriate.
Sports betting odds and game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are subject to change without notice. All bets are settled according to the odds displayed and accepted at the time of bet placement.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, specific settlement rules will apply depending on the sport and bet type. Details are available in our comprehensive sports betting rules section.
For football betting including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, Asian handicap bets, over/under bets, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, settlement is based on full-time results (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly specified.
All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, operate according to the rules published by their respective game providers. Game-specific rules can be accessed within each game's information or help section.
In the rare event of a discrepancy between game display and server records, the server records will be considered definitive for settlement purposes.
Togel (traditional Indonesian lottery) bets placed on ular4d are settled based on official draw results from the relevant lottery operator (Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK, etc.). Draw times are approximate and subject to the official operator's schedule.
If an official draw is delayed, canceled, or voided, all bets for that draw will be voided and stakes refunded. We are not responsible for discrepancies between third-party result sources and official operator results.

The ular4d platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted through the internet. You use the platform at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ular4d, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account balance at the time the claim arises, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
In the event of server failure, communication errors, or other technical malfunctions that affect gameplay or bet settlement, we will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue and ensure fair resolution. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. We will process closure requests within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect or determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Any remaining balance after deduction of outstanding obligations may be refunded at our discretion. Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent). During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or place bets. Exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the specified period expires.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ular4d operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English or Indonesian at the mutual agreement of both parties.
